Symptom narrative

Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Mild, Additional Details: Patient has a history of hyertrophic cardiomyopathy, patient reported burnning feeling on the upper chest and upper back the burning is going down. Next day, she felt a diffused pain in her chest. she reported her D-Dimer = 1,470 on 10/16/25, and D-dimer = 703 on 10/20/25. Patient reported no side effects on Monday 10/20/25.
