Client developed bilateral pulmonary embolisms around 10/20/2025 and was hospitalized for several days. Required intensive care treatment. Physicians unable to determine underlying conditions leading to event. Client has been discharged from the hospital as of 10/27/2025 and is resting at home with no apparent long term sequelae
