Symptom narrative

Patient received wrong vaccine. Patient received a high dose covid spikvax but should of received a .25ml dose spikvax covid. Provider called parent and explained what had happened, answered any questions and told parent what adverse reactions to watch for and what to do if they happen. Patient tolerated fine so far.
