Symptom narrative

Tdap given first. Immediately after injecting HPV patient stated she felt dizzy and fell backwards on to exam table. Medical Assistant never left her side and called for provider. As soon as provider entered, patient was awake and talking. She said she "blacked out". Vitals were taken immediately and were stable. Pulse ox continuously above 96% ,blood sugar 103. Patient continued to be alert and oriented after the incident. Vitals taken 2 more times within 45 minutes. and stable.

Current illness

No illnesses. Was given Tdap first, and HPV immediately before syncopal episode.
