Symptom narrative

Received Tdap and got up after five minutes and went to the bathroom and had a syncopal event and then tried to get up off the floor and had another event bumped her head on the stall but was not knocked out remained awake alert. She began to hyperventilate and her O2 sats dropped to 83%.
