Symptom narrative

Volunteer reported to the office stating that she felt like the flu vaccine made her feel sick. She was ill the next day following administration. Her arm was sore for 2-3 days and she reports chills, nausea, cough and congestion. States that she feels like she has a mild case of the flu.
