Mother reports patient's left arm swelling to size of baseball and redness where vaccinations were received. After visiting urgent care over the weekend, mother reports patient is experiencing high fever and increased redness around injection sight

10/26/25 Visited Urgent Care provider recommended Encouraged ice, ibuprofen and close monitoring. area of redness outlined. f/u for any new or worsening symptoms 10/27/25 mother concerned for worsening symptoms. Office visit scheduled for follow up.
