Symptom narrative

Symptoms began Wednesday 10/22 during the day as numbness, weakness on inside of right arm traveling down to wrist and right hand. Wednesday 10/22 evening the pain began and has continued, all in right arm down to wrist and hand. Patient described pain as 7/10 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst pain. Patient contacted the pharmacy today, 10/27, and also went to primary MD for assessment. PMD prescribed Meloxicam daily.
