I was laying in bed and all of sudden i get a sharp pain across my chest. I thought it could of been a heart attack. So I just thought i could get up and get an asprin but i couldn't really get up because i felt so weak and i am in a wheelcheer and i was in the bed at the time. So i just decided to lay there. So i was breathing in through my nose out through my mouth to calm my body down and that was helpful. And my dogs could tell there was something off. But it was scary when i got up to go to the bathroom and I would feel like i was gonna faint and i had to sit back in my wheel chair and i would go back to bed and do some deep breathing to calm myself. I was taking my medicaitions. I did take a pain pill ahead of schedule and i went to sleep and woke up and felt a little better but it did make me feel a little naueous. and i ate and had some coffee. and i went back and laid down. I am still having a little bit of tired ness but better now.
