Symptom narrative

pt says the day after vaccine she developed upper body and neck stiffness. Dullness of affect, dull headache and loss of appetite. She uses Aleve for the stiffness which helps some. She continues to have these symptoms today and is not getting any better yet.

hypothyroidism, narrowing of the arteries, cyst deposits in the breast
