Symptom narrative

Patient experienced left shoulder pain, swelling, and significant loss of ROM of her left shoulder following receipt of yearly influenza vaccine and COVID vaccine at her work. Symptoms have improved slightly thus far with treatment with ibuprofen BID and ice application. Exact manufacturer of vaccines is unknown.

Allergic rhinitis, dry eye syndrome, hidradenitis suppurativa, narcolepsy, ophthalmic migraine, peripheral retinal degeneration, recurrent cold sores, and MRSA.
