Symptom narrative

small flulike day or two; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of influenza in a 50-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix with an associated reaction of no adverse event (no problems with 1st dose). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced influenza (Verbatim: small flulike day or two). The outcome of the influenza was resolved (duration 2 days). It was unknown if the reporter considered the influenza to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the influenza to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 14-OCT-2025 Reporter stated that Shingrix was one vaccine they were fine with. No mRNA, no retarded adjuvants or additives. Totally safe and effective except for the usual extremely rare Gullion Barre risk. Reporter got it at 56 and wife at 50. No problems but the second dose does gives a small flu like day or two. This case was 1 of 3 cases reported by same reporter.; Sender's Comments: US-GSK-US2025AMR134844:Same reporter different patient
