An 82-year-old female patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), on 14Oct2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 82 years, in arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset 14Oct2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "soreness in arm at injection site"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset Oct2025, outcome "not recovered"; HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset Oct2025, outcome "not recovered"; MYALGIA (non-serious) with onset Oct2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "little muscle pain in legs after exercising but it wasn't strenuous and a little muscle pain in my arms too". Additional information: reporter stated: "I got the RSV virus vaccine, but name unknown, since I did not get any paperwork. It might be "Abry" but I am not sure. They gave me paperwork to sign but then took it back. I know it was Pfizer product for sure. Abrysvo might be the name of it. I got it on 14Oct2025 - so it's been about one week and 2 days since I had the shot. Right after the shot, there was just soreness in arm at injection site on 14Oct2025. Then on either 17Oct2025 or 18Oct2025, I started having fatigue, headache (it's not constantly but I do have it) and a little muscle pain in legs after exercising but it wasn't strenuous, and a little muscle pain in my arms too. These are ongoing and holding out until the 2 week mark at 28Oct2025." No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
