Symptom narrative

Patient complained of itchiness around injection site and a bruise the night the vaccine was given. Benadryl gel helps with itchiness and zyrtec also helps. Itching is severe, also had a scab. Saturday, she noticed a knot and more intense itching. The bruise and itching and knot are still there today, not better with OTC relief.
