Symptom narrative

Patient stated that the evening of her flu shot, she began to feel ill. She stated that she has never had that kind of reaction after a flu shot before. She felt very tired and achy. She stated that she took some tylenol when she felt the symptoms started. She said that it lasted for about 12 hours and then she started feeling better. I asked her if she was having any symptoms as of today and she stated no.
