Since the evening of the vaccination, TM has experienced increasing discomfort, which has intensified over the past two weeks. TM reported that she is unable to lie on her left side at night, and the pain wakes her if she rolls over during sleep. In the morning, her shoulder feels locked. She is unable to lift her arm, has limited mobility, and experiences difficulty performing daily tasks such as removing clothing, reaching for a seatbelt, or twisting her arm.
