Covid; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of COVID-19 (Covid) in a female patient of an unknown age who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. In 2021, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On 19-Sep-2025, the patient experienced COVID-19 (Covid). In 2025, COVID-19 (Covid) had resolved. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) was unknown. Relevant Medical History (vaccines within the past 4 weeks, medical conditions) was reported as unknown. No concomitant medication was reported.
