Symptom narrative

Patient came in with embedded tick. ER provider took tick out and gave Doxycycline 200mg po x1 and Boostrix (Tdap) 0.5mL IM x1. Patient walked to her car and immediately started having shortness of breath and throat constriction. Pt. came back into ER and was treated with epinephrine 0.4mg Sq x1. Benadryl 50mg IV x1, Famotidine 20mg IV x1, and decadron 10mg IV x1 with good effect. Patients troponin began to rise significantly and was placed on heparin and admitted inpatient
