Symptom narrative

patient's spouse states that 2 hours after receiving vaccines, the patient could not walk, was in extreme pain (legs, knees), could not get out of bed for 2 days. Patient refused to go to the ER. It should be noted that patient does suffer from knee issues/arthritis. When I told patient's spouse that this was likely due to an immune response from 4 vaccines, she asked that I still report it. Patient's spouse states that patient is back to his "normal" with minimal issues.
