Symptom narrative

Pt was hospitalized 10/15/25-10/27/25 and diagnosed with acute pulmonary embolism and right internal jugular thrombosis (not common). She has had multiple pregnancies with no clots. She has had Parkinson's Disease for years and is more mobile now with her deep brain stimulator than before.

Medical history

Parkinson's disease, neurofibromatosis, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, osteopenia, osteoarthritis
