Symptom narrative

No fever, all over muscle soreness to the point where it was difficult to walk. Started about 8 hours after vaccination and then lasted for 24 hours.

Medical history

Arthritis, ulcerative colitis, and scleroderma.

Other medications

Escitalopram, Phentermine, Hydrocodone/APAP, and Methotrexate.

Allergies

Nifedipine.
