PyrexiaSeizure

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced a seizure at approximately 730pm that evening. he had 3 small seizures within about 10 minutes, requring EMS transport to the hospital. He was febrile at the hospital but not before. He recovered well and was discharged home. He was seen today 10/28/25 for follow up. He is back to baseline and has a normal exam.
