Client received vaccines and was sitting in chair talking. A minute or so later, client reported to feeling unwell and quickly started losing skin color and fainted. Client was quickly assisted prior fainted and lowered to the ground to lay with the help of clinic manager who was near by. Ice pack was placed on clients forehead. Client quickly regain consciousness. Client was given water to drink as well. Assisted into a sitting position. Client was alert and oriented to person, place and time. Client was observed for an additional 10 minutes prior assisting them in getting up and into a chair. Observed for another 5 minutes to which client reported to not have eaten since 5pm the previous day. Client was then educated on signs and symptoms to be on the look out for as far as recognizing the urge to faint. Client was then ready to leave clinic to go grab some food. Client was seen walking normal and leaving the clinic with no issues or assistance.
