patient came to pharmacy for flu shot on friday 10/24/25, he did not want to wait on friday for the shot so the shot was filled and ready and put in the frig for when he came back. saturday he came back and did not want to wait again, we had a new technician working register who sold the shot out and he took the shot home with him. he then called to let us know he had put the shot up his nose.
