Symptom narrative

Around 3 hours after vaccination pt had tightness around upper abdomen, Pain intensified into the evening. Pain was excruciating around 10-11 o'clock that night. Took meloxicam (probably expired) around midnight and that took the edge off. Pt was able to fall asleep and was better in the morning. Pt was very close to going to the hospital, but it was very late at night.
