Symptom narrative

2nd vaccine administered (flu), client reported "it hurt" then immediately slumped in his chair (no fall) and became diaphoretic. Fainting lasted approximately 5 seconds before client perked up and asked what happened. BP initially was 80/40, 5 minutes later 120/80, 5 mins later 118/78. HR 80s with spont. respirations. Responded appropriately. Reported intake was "a croissant" today (incident at ~2:55pm). Client drank water and had something sweet to eat. Remained seated 40 minutes, drank water, and partial cookie. Remained shaky, but felt much better.
