No additional AE/no PQC.; inadvertent administration of VARIVAX after a temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-Oct-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with a dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lot #Z010437, expiration date: 18-Jun-2027 (strength, dose, dose number, route, anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis after a temperature excursion. The temperature range was: 14°F up to 46°F, the time frame was 72 hours and there was no previous temperature excursion.
