the powder was expired; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 62-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 5K4X4, expiry date 03-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 13-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Arexvy (left deltoid). On 13-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: the powder was expired). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-OCT-2025 The powder had expired, but the diluent had not.
