The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PNEUMONIA PNEUMOCOCCAL (medically significant), DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant) all with onset 2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "I was vaccinated last month and still got pneumonia".
