Bell's palsyFacial paralysis

Symptom narrative

I developed Bells Palsy (left facial paralysis) 2 days after receiving the injection and had to go to the emergency department to make sure i was not having a stroke, was seen by an ED physician and a neurology specialist, was prescribed prednisone and acyclovir, multiple labs sent, follow up appointment is scheduled with neurologist
