have a box of Havrix that was expired and a dose was inadvertently given; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 47-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 3J9G4, expiry date 30-AUG-2025) for prophylaxis. On 07-OCT-2025, the patient received Havrix. On 07-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: have a box of Havrix that was expired and a dose was inadvertently given). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:08-OCT-2025 The reporter stated that, the patient was inadvertently given Havrix that expired on 30th August 2025. The reporter consented to follow up.
