A male patient received only the adjuvant portion of Arexvy.; a Registered Nurse called to report the maladministration of the adjuvant portion of Arexvy alone; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 90-year-old male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number G347X, expiry date 12-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. On 13-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Arexvy.
