Symptom narrative

Patient developed forehead skin rash about 3-4 weeks after administered vaccines. This rash then spread to his lower neck by the end of august 2025. Patient was seen 10/24/25 and looked more like a bacterial skin infection. Cultured and grew staph aureus, now currently on Keflex and no improvement. Mother would like rash reported to VAERS as possible complication from the vaccines.
