Symptom narrative

Patient got lightheaded and browned out for 10 seconds immediately after the shot was given. Patients face went pale and she slumped over. Nurse was with her and guided her to the floor and put her legs on the chair. She was able to talk and answer questions appropriately after 30 seconds. She was given food and observed for 10 minutes. No other issues arose.
