Symptom narrative

Patient presented 2 days after vaccines to ER in apparent septic shock, had CPR for just over 1 hour, and passed away.

Current illness

Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia, angioplasty of RUPA/LLPV/LMPV, R heart failure, 33 week prematurity, hx IUGR, chronic respiratory failure with nocturnal AVAPS dependence, second hand tobacco smoke exposure.
