Symptom narrative

After administration of HPV vaccine, patient had a vasovagal syncope episode. recovered approx. 20 min after. an hour later mom called reporting numbness and dull sensation in legs. Mom stated hat she does have sensation in legs but feels unstable, mom to monitor at home.

Medical history

Generalized anxiety disorder, ALL in remission.
