Symptom narrative

after injection walked to waiting room, then stated " felt jerky" leaned to side and appeared pale and sweaty. Given water and snack as stated by father that patient had not eaten yet this date. After approximately 10 minutes patient well enough to ambulate and stated "I feel fine now"
