Symptom narrative

Imms given at 0830. Patient tolerated well. After standing and walking around in room, patient passed out and hit the back of her head on the floor around 0834. Immediately opened door and asked another nurse to get a provider. Stayed by child on the floor. Within seconds of hitting the floor, patient came to. Was out for less than 15 seconds. Parent reported that patient had only had a granola bar and a little bit of water prior to entering clinic.
