Symptom narrative

Received vaccine morning if 10/28/2025 around 9:20 am. By the evening, I was experiencing body pains including back and hip pains. Upon waking 10/29/2025, I began having lower left abdominal pain as well as pain and pressure in that area when relieving bladder. Was told by a provider it is very likely it is a diverticulitis flare (especially given since given a diagnosis of diverticulosis back in 2023) and was prescribed antibiotics.
