Vaccine: MMR1, Measles/ Mumps/ Rubella VIS- Lot Z005139 Exp 02262027 Merck Dose: 0.5 ml SubCut- Ordering Dr. Day 1 after injection: flu like symptoms occured, and some fever Day2-3 : symptoms increased with joint and muscle pain that have decreased as of 10/29/25 but still persist Day 3 the face started to feel swollen (so I could not smile because of the tension in lips and cheecks) , the tongue and inside of mouth were not swollen- Lymph nodes increased in size and numbers, and have been painful. Most lymph nodes are located in the right side of the neck (upper part) some on left side of the neck, and some at the right groin. As of 10/29/25 lymph nodes have not disappeared but are less swollen.Starting Day 3-4: as my face swelled, I also got terrible headache ( I rarely have headache), like if my head was going to burst, this decreased progressively , but I still have mild fronto-temporal headache as of today 10/29/25. I had fever for 3-4 days- Starting Day 3- 4: I had sinus pain and impression they were filled with "water" frontal and temporal sinuses. Starting Day 4and later for sure on 09/25-to october 2nd I had earing loss ( I asked every one to repeat ) and vision loss still the intracranial pressure headache. This was accompanied with bilateral tinnitus which continues as of today10/29/2025. Starting Day 3-4: I started having pain in my salivary glands: the most painful was the submaxillary (on the right side and still painfull as this day 10/29/25), the right parotid and sub linguals were also painful but it decreased within 2 weeks of the onset. Starting Day 3-4 my eyes were very painful like if there was pressure in them. All major symptoms lasted 3 weeks- I believe my visual acuity and earing (i will check with an ENT) are about back to prior injection. Residual symptoms (as of today 10/29/25 = one month and half after injection): constant bilateral tinnitus, fronto temporal bilateral headache that is mild, mild joint and muscle pain (no fever) and salivary gland (submandibular right pain mild) and still lymph nodes more enlarged than pre injection. Note that the subcutaneous injection of the vaccine was performed perfectly. Note that I had a flu vaccine injection on 10/15/25 ( about a month after the MMR) (Flu Cell Vax) , no major reaction except a persistant pain for 2 weeks at the site of the injection. I signal this, only because I had many times flu cell vax without any problem. The injection was intra muscular and perfectly performed. I never had previous adverse reactions to vaccines- I have recieved all standards vaccines required or advised in childhood - I was not vaccinated to MMR because of my county of origine, did not required it when I was a child. Although , I might have had measles when i was 5 or 6 yo and had 2 times chickenpox once very important at 8 yo and a second time mild as an adult at about 40 yo.
