pt came in to ask if her s/e was normal. she got a rash and some itching on the R deltoid where she had capvaxive. itching and rash have improved. no other allergic type symptoms reported. advised pt to continue monitoring for worsening symptoms and seekmedical attention if worsening/no improvement in next few days.
