PATIENT WAS GIVEN FLUZONE HIGH DOSE INSTEAD OF REGULAR FLU. AFTER EVALUATING AND REALIZING THE MISTAKE THE PATIENT WAS CALLED AND TOLD WHAT HAPPENED, PATIENT WAS NOT CONCERNED SAYING SHE WAS FINE.
