Symptom narrative

On 10/08/2025 Pt presents to Health Department and received a Fluzone High Dose vaccine in left deltoid. Pt states at around 4-5pm noticed left deltoid toward the back portion hurting - could not lift or stretch that arm. Pt states she started taking Tylenol. They Tylenol took the edge off, but it still aches. Pt states she still cannot sleep on left side due to discomfort. Pt states pain has eased some since receiving the vaccine, but that it has not gone away. Not redness or swelling noted today. Pt states she has not had any redness / bruising or swelling. Pt states hurts in the "muscle" not the "joint". Pt denies any pain above or below.
