Symptom narrative

Dr. entered order for Fluad, patient was not eligible for the Fluad due to her age. Vaccine was still administered, and mistake was discovered during documentation. Dr. is aware of the incident. He did state that patient would be fine. The patient was contacted and was made aware; she was not upset and was glad we called to let her know.
