Symptom narrative

Approx 4 days after vaccination pt states woke up in the morning with stiff neck. He initially thought he slept wrong so aggressively massaged and applied warm packs. States loosened up some over next 4 days but not resolved. Then realized maybe it was S/E of vaccine so he researched and seen stiff neck syndrome so went to the ER at hospital on about March 13 or 14, 2025 who told him to continue to massage and warm pack because he states they didn't know what to do. At this time, pt still complains that unable to pick head up first thing in the morning but gets better as day goes on.
