Symptom narrative

Patient reported that he had to administer more insulin than he usually does (almost 6x more - from 1 unit to 6 units). He was unsure if it was related to the vaccine but it started 6-8 hours after he received the vaccine (10/25/25) and lasted until the evening of 10/28/25. He felt like he was becoming insulin resistant. His glucose numbers were normalized as of 10/28/25 evening and he was feeling better. He stated that he was back to normal today 10/29/25.
