Symptom narrative

Day of vaccine there was no reaction, no fever, no discomfort, no swelling. On day 7 post MMR patient developed a fever over night over 102. The next morning began having difficulty walking. She also had mucus present that morning. Around 2-3 pm she declined with her ability to walk. Started have an elevated tip toe gait only on her left. It progressed where she kept her left foot in tip toe and was unable to walk and would fall over. Visibly confused by she was now unable to walk. She could stand, did not have any pain or movement problems of the leg just unable to walk. We took her to Hospital which ran extensive tests which all were normal.
