Symptom narrative

Patient present for physical visit. During visit patient agreed to receive influenza vaccina and pneumonia vaccine. After completing hand hygiene and disinfecting area with alcohol swab, pneumonia vaccine administered on left arm three finger widths below acromion process. Prior to giving alerted patient people due tend to complain of burning sensation, patient agreed this injection did burn during injection. Influenza given in right arm using same sterile technique and practice.
