Symptom narrative

Approximately 30 minutes later, resident stated, "My heart is racing from that shot." Pulsox monitor reading 120-130 and 90% on RA. Apical 130 O2 applied at 2L. Increased anxiety. Order received to transfer patient to ED. Family informed. He was admitted with wide complex tachycardia.
