Symptom narrative

Pt called RN a few weeks after getting her shot. Pt wanted to discuss her left arm was still tender when moving her arm. Reports that she had a period of a tingling sensation after getting the shot, but that it quickly went away. reports that arm has been more tender than normal. Pt started an unknown antibiotic after getting the shot for a kidney infection and reports that a symptoms of that medication was joint inflammation. pt also complaining of left knee inflammation. Pt was unsure if this was correlated to the vaccine. RN instructed pt to call MD to see what their recommendations were.
